Diskery is compliant with CPRA, GDPR, and EPD standards to at least the minimum requirements for data protection notifications and regulations. Diskery does not collect data directly beyond what is necessary for site operation and aggregated statistics, but our providers who may collect other data are not provided if they are not compliant to our best knowledge. We also are now compliant to ARIA standards. For all of these regulations we are continuing to improve our compliance where deficiencies are found. Please be mindful that Diskery is not resident in any of the jurisdictions to which these standards apply and we do this voluntarily. Adherence to LGPD is under review.
